About Us

Seabold Construction Company, Inc. was founded as a family-owned general contracting company In December 1984. The principals included Harry C. Seabold, Sr., Stephen C. Seabold, and Harry W. Seabold. These family members brought together over 60 years of combined experience in the multifamily, commercial, industrial, and retail construction markets. Today, ownership is divided equally between Stephen C. Seabold as President and Harry W. Seabold as Vice President/Secretary/Treasurer. The daily administrative and operational duties are shared equally between Steve and Harry.

Company History

For a quarter of a century, Seabold Construction has achieved steady growth and is an established organization with a careful eye on planning, progressive management, and a commitment to partnering with our clients--one job at a time. 

We have completed thousands of projects ranging from a few thousand dollars to over $26,000,000 and have worked hard to earn our clients’ trust and respect to become a well established, mid-range general contractor in the Pacific Northwest.

Most of our work has been negotiated, and we believe in partnering with owners, developers, architects, and governmental agencies who share in the same vision of quality and value that has been the hallmark of our work. This approach has rewarded us as a company--strong in qualified personnel, depth in capacity, and fiscally sound. 

We have conducted business in the states of Oregon, Washington, California, Nevada, Arizona, Illinois, and Georgia.
