Working closely with Larry Didway, Nathan provides take offs and estimating utilizing Onscreen Takeoff, a construction industry software program designed to create takeoffs from paper plans and calculate accurate results for complicated figures with a calculator directly onto our computer.

Nathan sends “Invitations to Bid” to a variety of agencies who assist in locating subcontractors, and he monitors all logs to subcontractors and vendors; especially minorities and emerging small business entities. He then processes and completes budgets and estimates and compiles primary construction schedule matrixes.
