Project team - review overall project progress; specifically, project schedules, budget issues, and clarifications. In addition, change order and/or proposal updates where applicable. Subcontractors and vendors - develop and monitor 3-week rolling schedule and to review Quality Control practices. We constantly strive to produce a quality, long- lasting product. Our goal is to exceed the owner’s expectations and do not tolerate poor quality. |

Update job cost report on a monthly basis–review with Principal in Charge, Project Manager, and Superintendent.

Prepare and issue monthly AIA billing against contract schedule of values.

Involve and train owner's maintenance personnel in system operations and review installation of major building systems as progress heads towards completion.

Work closely with City entities to ensure all necessary systems are in place and tested to obtain Certificate of Occupancy to meet completion schedule requirements.

Two weeks prior to scheduled completion, begin punch list review.
