Spirit Mountain Lodge

Remodel of the existing Spirit Mountain Lodge. The Spirit Mountain Casino Lodge consists of two 5 story, post tensioned structures connected to the existing casino. The East Tower is a 19 years old and accommodates 89 guest rooms, 2 suites, a large entrance and lobby area, public gathering areas, and a business center. The West Tower is 11 years old and accommodates 151 guest rooms and 12 suites.
The project will be phased as follows:
The first phase of construction will consist of upgrading and renovating 127 guest rooms; including 105 guest rooms located on the 1st through 3rd floors of the West Tower, 14 suites located on the 5th floor of the East and West Tower, and 8 guest rooms located on the 2nd through 5th floors of the East Tower. Upgrading all corridors, elevator lobbies and elevator interiors on all five floors of both the East and West Towers. Upgrade the finishes of the Lodge Lobby and the Hall of Legends between the Casino and the Lodge.
The second phase of construction will consist of upgrading and renovating the remaining 127 guest rooms located on the 2nd through 5th floors of the East Tower and the 4th and 5th floors of the West Tower.
